Alexander “Alex” Vazquez, a NYC native, moved to Pittsburgh driven by a passion for building businesses. In just two years, he scaled a multi-million-dollar NEMT company through strategy, innovation, and perseverance. A strong advocate for technology, Alex leverages automation to create growth and new opportunities. Focused on diversification, he continues to build ventures that deliver lasting impact.

James Smith

James Smith brings 25+ years of EMS and NEMT leadership. Starting as an EMT in 1992 and Paramedic in 1993, he later co-founded one of Pennsylvania’s largest NEMT providers, growing it to 200+ staff and 130+ vehicles. Founder of JC Paratransit Solutions, James has also served on multiple EMS boards and as a FEMA Strike Team Leader. Today, he drives operations as COO of R4H Medical Transportation across PA and beyond.

Shhrigovind “Shhri” Tiwari is a tech entrepreneur with 16+ years of experience in demand generation, building high-performance teams, and automating business processes. He scaled a self-funded company serving clients in 45+ countries, delivering $3B+ in online sales and major cost savings for Fortune 100s. A published researcher in NASA and IEEE journals, Shhrigovid is also a speaker, traveler, and musician.
